Bob has been with Humble Insurance Group longer than anyone else, giving exceptional commercial insurance sales and service to the company since 1990!

Bob has two daughters and a grandson that he is very proud of and has also become a father to an extremely playful kitten named Abbee. When Bob is not in the office, he enjoys traveling to new places with his wife Dorcee, and is also a bit of a wine connoisseur. On sunny days in Seattle you will most likely see him driving around in his Mustang GT, or sitting on his patio taking in Washington’s breath-taking scenery. However, when it does what it does best in Washington, you will find Bob watching sports on T.V. and cheering on his favorite teams!

Scott started with Humble Insurance Group back in 1992 when his dad Doug Humble was president. Now he is not only the President of the company, but he is also a terrific Commercial Agent! Scott is also an extremely dedicated father of three growing children.

When Scott is not in the office, he spends time watching his kids participate in sports, cheering on our Seahawks or enjoying an occasional vacation. If you have ever had the pleasure of working with Scott, you may know that he can be quite the jokester! He definitely knows how to lighten up a room and make a hilarious comment at just the right time!

Mark started his client focused insurance career in 1998. He joined Humble Insurance Group in January of 2004 to start his property & casualty credentials. In addition, he continued to serve as advisor and agent for all the benefit side of H & D customer base. Peak Advisors was started to allow more focused attention to the complexities of the health care field.

He is a devoted husband and father of four. When he is not in the office Mark enjoys sharing his passion for cooking with his family as well as his church congregation, and among Mark’s many talents he is also a very skilled photographer and woodworker. Mark is known for his philanthropy and his desire to make a difference in the world.

Winfred has been with Humble Insurance Group since 2012 and he came to us with over 30 years’ experience in the insurance industry! His vast knowledge and experience make him an exceptional Personal Lines Agent and a very important member of our team!

He isn’t all business though. When not working with our valued customers, you may find him hiking or camping all over the United States, Canada, Mexico and beyond with his family and extended family. Winfred loves to explore new places and travel with his wife Jane-Ellen. Winfred and Jane-Ellen have two children, a daughter who is starting her first year as an elementary teacher and a son in college. Both of whom they are very proud of! If you have ever met Winfred you may know that he has an awesome sense of humor and is all around a great person to work with.

She may be a fresh face to HIG, but Ruthie is not new to the world of Insurance. With over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, there is no denying Ruthie of being a Pro in her discipline of personal lines insurance. Despite having such amazing experience, Ruthie insists her favorite part of the job is being able to help people. To provide the best rates for things people need is what really fills her cup.

When Ruthie is not in the office you can catch her with her amazing grandkids feeding the needy at “Transform Burien”, hiking and enjoying all that nature has to offer, or snuggled up to a good read or at home with her family.

Karen is a personal lines account manager at Humble Insurance Group! She has been in the insurance business since 1985. She got her start as a secretary for a State Farm Agent.

When she isn’t in the office you will find her reading, exploring nature, wine tasting and spending time with her family. She often volunteers at her granddaughter’s school and donates to the Multiple Sclerosis Society, due to her sister having MS. Her whole family lives in Indiana accept her daughter and Grand Daughter. If she isn’t busy, she will catch a Seahawks game. One day, she will retire to Costa Rica! Her dream vacation is to visit Vietnam and Iceland.

Kathy is a commercial lines account manager here at Humble Insurance Group. She has been working in the insurance industry since 2000.

When Kathy is not in the office, she is out on the field cheering for her grandkids at their soccer games. If Kathy is not with her grandkids you can find her either hitting balls on the golf course or in her garden. Kathy has three kids, 1 boy and two girls. She also has four grandkids. Her dream vacation would be going to either Italy or Greece.

Brittany has been in the insurance industry since 2013. Prior to insurance she was a vet assistant for 7 years and when she isn’t in the office you will find her spending time with her son and husband. She enjoys watching the Hawks, Sounders and spending time outdoors, weather permitting. A few years ago, she and her husband were able to go on their dream vacation to Fiji and would love to go back again.

Deshonda has been a thriving member of our team since 2010 and makes up part of our commercial lines department!

Outside of the office Deshonda stays incredibly busy playing referee, chauffeur, maid, counselor, and all-around super mom to her three children. She is also a proud grandma of 5 beautiful grandchildren! Deshonda stays an active member in her community by volunteering her free time to family services for Habitat for Humanity, and you can be certain, when our Seattle weather allows it, you will find Deshonda floating down the river or building sand castles on the beach.

Veronica has been with Humble Insurance Group since 2000, and is without a doubt the glue that holds our office together! She wears many different hats around the agency but if we had to give her a title, we would call her the Vice President & Accounting Manager! When Veronica is not working hard in the office you may find her winding down in her garden.

Veronica is a natural foods connoisseur and loves to grow her own vegetables and herbs! On the weekends Veronica enjoys updating her home and volunteering in the nursery at her church. In her spare time Veronica loves to scrapbook with her sisters, and when she can sneak away on vacation, camping on the coast is where she’ll be.

“I started my insurance career back in 2003, because I had personal & family experience dealing with financial, emotional & physical challenges that come from being injured or having a serious illness. It was a big swing, coming from a blue collar background, but being there for my clients in their time of need, seeing the happiness and relief on their faces… that is what drives me.”

Bruce is the newest member of our team, joining us in 2023. His broad experience working with many types of business owners, both on the commercial and health side, enable him to bring solutions to the table.

When he is not working, Bruce is chasing his greyhound dogs in the backyard or playing DJ & Karaoke host at a friend or relatives party or event. When asked what is he most likely to make for dinner, he answered: a reservation.

Debbie re-joined the Humble Insurance Group team as the Director of P&C Services. She brings several years of experience in the insurance industry with her specialty in Construction.

She loves to dance and sing although she has no talent with either one! She enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and loves playing board games. In addition, she enjoys watching cooking shows and pretends that she can cook. Anytime she says dinner is a “surprise” you know it’s an experiment and the possibility of failure is there. During football season you will find her close to the TV and or radio rooting for her Seahawks and Huskies with a nice cold beverage in hand!

Nikki is a personal lines account manager and works on site in our Black Diamond office. Outside of work, she finds joy in cherishing moments with her family, friends and her three beloved dogs. Engaging in puzzles and breathing new life into old furniture inspires her creativity and passion.
